Three Auspicious Qualities

Buddha said, 'Be quiet, and compassionate and fearless.'
When our mind is quiet we can observe what is happening within. The mind relaxes and opens up. This allows us to focus and awaken.
When we are compassionate in our hearts we understand that everyone is like us. They want to be happy and do not want to suffer. This thought helps build kindness, peace and tolerance.
When we are fearless we understand that the basis for all our fears is death. Once we truly accept the inevitable, we are free to live our lives without fear
