Anger is always bad

Psychologists advise us to express our anger. Buddhism would disagree because acting out on anger makes it easier to do so again in the future, leading to a never-ending cycle. Buddha advises us to neither bottle up nor let our emotions overflow, but to analyse them and come to understand the faulty thinking behind anger.
Anger stems from your response to a situation. You can't always change the situation, but you certainly can change your response. Don't play the 'blame game,' as you are the one deciding to get angry.
People talk about good and bad anger, this simply is not true.
Anger is always bad.
