Our mind is like a muscle, the more we use it the stronger it becomes.
When we think about something it makes a path in our mind. So the more you think about it the stronger the path becomes. It is like walking through a forest everyday. The more you walk along the same path, the more that path gets visible and easier to use.
So if we think about kindness, compassion and helping others, this will be the pathway we are creating in our mind.
The more good we do, the easier it will be to do good, as this will be our strongest pathway.
