We cannot be mindful the whole time, so we have to keep coming back to the present moment. We can do this by getting into a routine of stopping what we are doing every hour or so. Take three deep breaths and then observe your thoughts, feelings and emotions in a non- judgemental way. We are not trying to change anything here; we are just getting back in touch with ourselves. This is mindfulness.
