Breathe In; Breathe Out

When you are planning your day, don't forget to add 'breathe in' and 'breathe out' to it. Several times during the day you should ask yourself, 'Am I still breathing?' We take our breath for granted, but it is the bridge between our mind and our body. So, check in with the breath throughout the day. If it is too fast, slow it down. This will calm your mind and relax your body. Do not underestimate the power of your breath.
