Just let it go

Your breath comes to go.
Your thoughts come to go.
Your words come to go.
Your actions come to go.
Your illness come to go.
Your phases come to go.
Your seasons come to go.
You have come to go.

Then why do you hold on to your guilt. anger, ego, forgiveness and intolerance so tightly, when you too has come to go... Just let it go.

We try to cling and get attached to things that only meant to be here for a short time. You try to  hold onto your happiness, but it is only a fleeting thing, You try to grasp at your thoughts, but they are only momentary. You cling to your body, but it is forever changing. Nothing stays the same for long, so let it come and go without desperately trying to hold on, because attachment can only bring you untold suffering.
