“We can prove to ourselves that perception is artificial and personal by remembering how often people disagree about the beauty or ugliness, deliciousness or distastefulness, pleasantness or unpleasantness, of a particular work of art, architectural style, item of clothing, type of food, or musical composition.”– Bhante Gunaratana
We all come from different walks of life. We have different experiences, different habits, likes and dislikes. So obviously we are going to see things differently from others. There is no right and wrong here, just different perceptions. If we embrace difference we will be more tolerant and the world would be a more peaceful place
