Mind, Body And Breathe

Your mind, your body sensations and your breathing are all interconnected. If you just concentrate on your mind, you are missing two thirds of your experience. When you take a few moments out of your day and check in with your thoughts, body sensations and the quality of your breath, you are engaging with your whole experience in the here and now.
