Anger is always bad

Psychologists advise us to express our anger. Buddhism would disagree because acting out on anger makes it easier to do so again in the future, leading to a never-ending cycle. Buddha advises us to neither bottle up nor let our emotions overflow, but to analyse them and come to understand the faulty thinking behind anger.
Anger stems from your response to a situation. You can't always change the situation, but you certainly can change your response. Don't play the 'blame game,' as you are the one deciding to get angry.
People talk about good and bad anger, this simply is not true.
Anger is always bad.

Just let it go

Your breath comes to go.
Your thoughts come to go.
Your words come to go.
Your actions come to go.
Your illness come to go.
Your phases come to go.
Your seasons come to go.
You have come to go.

Then why do you hold on to your guilt. anger, ego, forgiveness and intolerance so tightly, when you too has come to go... Just let it go.

We try to cling and get attached to things that only meant to be here for a short time. You try to  hold onto your happiness, but it is only a fleeting thing, You try to grasp at your thoughts, but they are only momentary. You cling to your body, but it is forever changing. Nothing stays the same for long, so let it come and go without desperately trying to hold on, because attachment can only bring you untold suffering.

Breathe In; Breathe Out

When you are planning your day, don't forget to add 'breathe in' and 'breathe out' to it. Several times during the day you should ask yourself, 'Am I still breathing?' We take our breath for granted, but it is the bridge between our mind and our body. So, check in with the breath throughout the day. If it is too fast, slow it down. This will calm your mind and relax your body. Do not underestimate the power of your breath.

Generosity is not just about money.

Some people say they cannot be generous because they are poor. Generosity has nothing to do with money. You can smile at someone and brighten their day. You can speak with kind, caring and helpful words. You can open your heart to someone and show them empathy. You can look at the others through eyes of kindness and compassion. These do not take money, only a warm heart and an open mind.

Be Silent and Observe Your Thoughts

People are actually scared of silence. It makes them feel uncomfortable and awkward, so they talk any old rubbish just to fill the silence. But it is only in silence we can do our best thinking. It is only in silence we can truly get to know ourselves. Unless your words are more beneficial than silence, it is better to stay quiet
